1.How can I check my order?

2. Are those products delivered from China?

Actually we have our own warehouse at UK and the local logistics system operates very well.

3. How long will the order take before it deliver to me?

We promise to deliver it the very first time and it will take 3-5 business days usually.

4.Can I change the address if it was wrong?

We can change the address only before the goods haven't been shipped. Any information will be unchangeable once the express status turns to  "transportation start".

5.How could I return or exchange the goods?

6.Do I have to afford the shippment cost?

The buyers don't have to afford any express fee unless they inist to return the goods. We are sorry to declare that we won't afford any returned cost except for something wrong about the quality.

7. What If I have received a broken one?

We are terribly sorry it happened and we are willing to afford all your lost. First, you can contact us to change component and the transportation is totally free. If it still cannot work, the only thing the buyers need to do to deal with the situation is take pictures and uplode them with receipts to us.
